How Can severe Kidney Pain Be Treated?

While golfing right-handed as I turn on the follow thru I get an extreme pain at the approx top of my right kidney and at times the pain travels to other areas close by. The pain can be there at other times but is liveable. The pain on the follow thru is 10+

Thanks for the query...I understand your complain.
* The pain you Have at the kidney site in back is not likely to be kidney pain.. unless you have symptoms lIke pain or burning or frequency of urination along with fever (mild)with rigers &pain in back..
* Alternatively it can be pain due to sprain in back muscles /ligaments.OR disc problem due to sudden stress to vertebral column.. & pressure of inflsmmed tissue to nerves suplying the muscles... thus having extreme pain with certain movements.
You need expert afvise &related investigations To know exact cause & specific treatment.
*Home care- Take rest. Drink lot of water. Take pain medicine over the counter. Don't foment or massage unless doctor advises it after examination.
With proper diagnosis ,expert advise for specific treatment would hrlp you.
